Inclusive Learning Lecturer
Location: North Star & Queens Drive Campuses, Swindon
Salary: £40,032- £43,179 per annum

You will:
* Deliver engaging, personalised lessons at Level 2 on the employability programme
* Design inclusive schemes of work and lesson plans that spark curiosity and build confidence.
* Support learners every step of the waythrough thoughtful assessment, constructive feedback, and a genuine belief in their potential.
* Collaborate with colleagues to continuously improve teaching quality and learner outcomes.
* Champion real-world learning by connecting students with local and national employers.
You will need:
* A teaching qualification at Level 5 (or a willingness to gain one).
* Experience working with learners with SEND.
* A flair for communication, a knack for motivation, and a heart for inclusive education.
* A curious mindalways learning, always improving.
* A readiness to roll up your sleeves and get involved in everything from lesson planning to college events.
