Job Description
We are looking for someone who thrives in a busy, process-driven environment and can maintain high communication levels with stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will be confident using Excel, knowledgeable about UK Right to Work requirements, and able to manage multiple administrative tasks independently and with exceptional accuracy.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain, update, and manage multiple Excel trackers to support vetting workflows.
2. Check, verify, and process documentation for DBS, IID, licensing, and compliance checks.
3. Transfer data accurately into vetting systems, ensuring alignment with internal standards.
4. Manage the Experian Right to Work portal and app, including access, monitoring, and compliance.
5. Follow up on time-limited Right to Work checks and support Managers with related queries.
6. Maintain Employee Personnel Files and vetting databases, ensuring all information is up to date.
7. Save, store, and organise documents using Outlook, Teams, and relevant internal systems.
8. Monitor and process vetting renewals in line with customer and statutory requirements.

10. Excellent written and verbal communication.
11. Attention to detail, with a high level of accuracy.
12. IT proficient (including Excel and PowerPoint); confident handling and working with data.
13. Ability to organise and prioritise a workload to meet deadlines.
14. Flexible and adaptable approach, enabling full support to the team.
15. Awareness of UK Right To Work requirements.
16. Awareness of GDPR and Data Subject Access Requests.
17. Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships within the team and internal stakeholders.
