What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Support the operation with system issues and technical knowledge
* Escalate issues to correct teams, that cannot be resolved in-house
* Investigate ad-hoc issues and provide solutions
* Resolve queries highlighted from the operation and the customer
* Provide subject matter expertise to support Systems related projects.
* Complete and build new or one-off reports as required by the operation and the customer
What you need to succeed at GXO :
* Previous experience with WMS systems, DLX knowledge would be an advantage
* SQL Query and report writing skills advantageous, but training will be provided
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* High level of general IT knowledge this includes radio data
terminals, printers, PCs
* Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
