* Supporting exemptions reform at critical milestones and building resilience within the WEX team.
Ultimately, you will own all aspects of WEX, supporting the wider team’s work and priorities.
The team:
You will join our national Waste Treatment and Transfer team, which leads on biowaste, non-hazardous and hazardous waste, metals, fire prevention, and waste exemptions. Experience and skills required:
* Ability to work effectively with diverse backgrounds and encourage diversity considerations in work.
* Knowledge of waste regulation from an operational perspective.
* Understanding of the current regulatory system, including its strengths and weaknesses.
