The main duties of this role are: Taking responsibility for implementing and maintaining effective processes to achieve the highest possible standards and service levels. Manage the throughput of prep vehicles for mechanical, cosmetic, and alloy wheel repairs as well as valet and logistics, delivering a finished product in a timely fashion Maximising the productivity of the team which includes Technicians, cosmetic repairers, vehicle progressor and valeters Managing the team and maintaining the adherence to the Vertu values Ensure that the manufacturers/Vertu standards are adhered to at all times. Make sure there is a safe working environment which is maintained. Coach and measure colleague performance. The ideal candidate will be able to demonstrate a successful track record within the industry. You will be able to clearly demonstrate your ability to generate outstanding results by increasing performance, profitability and operating efficiency. You must have strong leadership and people management skills in order to lead your team to deliver our business objectives.
