Role Purpose
We are currently seeking a professional HR Advisor to offer additional support with a HR Team. The role requires a HR generalist who is confident dealing with employee relations and supporting managers by offering advice and guidance.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide advice and guidance to managers on HR policies and procedures.
* Support disciplinary, grievance, absence, and capability processes.
* Assist with investigations and prepare documentation for hearings.
* Ensure fair and consistent application of HR policies.
* Maintain accurate employee records and HR systems.
* Produce HR documentation including contracts, letters, and amendments.
* Support HR projects as required.
* Assist with organisational change or restructuring processes.
* Provide HR data and reports to management.
Experience, Knowledge and Qualifications
1. Experience working in an HR Advisor or HR Officer role.
2. Confident dealing with employee relations cases.
3. Competent advising managers on HR matters.
