Role Summary:
We are seeking a strategic leader to join us as a CLCS Solutions Delivery Manager. This role involves transforming innovative service concepts into scalable, customer-centric solutions.
* Service Ownership: Act as the business owner for assigned service innovations during execution, defining scope, KPIs, and value drivers.
* Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead and coordinate teams across Sales, Service, Digital, and Commercial units to drive adoption and scaling of services.
* Customer-Centric Approach: Ensure services are viable, desirable, and meet customer needs and expectations.
* Seamless Integration: Oversee integration of new services into CLCS, ensuring smooth transitions and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
* Collaborate with customers to identify pain points, test early service concepts, and refine offerings.
* Gather feedback from pilot customers to improve services before full rollout.
* Design and manage customer trials, pilot programs, and proof-of-concepts with clear success metrics.
* Work with sales to select early adopters across diverse customer types.
* Develop service delivery frameworks for smooth deployment across CLCS.
* Coordinate with Service Operations & Customer Support to prepare teams for new offerings.
* Monitor service adoption, customer satisfaction, and performance post-launch, refining models over time.
