We’re looking for a driven, highly organized graduate to lead creator acquisition for a growing digital agency. If you're ambitious, results-oriented, and excited by the idea of building powerful outreach systems while working with influencers and creators, this role is for you. This is a hands-on position for someone who wants to learn and apply proven client acquisition systems. You’ll be responsible for bringing high-value creators into our agency through a mix of direct outreach, team management, campaign planning, and funnel development. You will also lead a small outreach team and play a central role in systemizing our inbound and outbound lead generation efforts.
