This post is funded by the Office of the Police and Crime Commissioner (OPCC) as part of it’sPutting Communities First initiative.The Council is seeking an enthusiastic Community Safety and Project Support Officer. You willcoordinate the efforts of East Cambs Community Safety Partnership (ECCSP) agencies to deliver local problem solving to address local community level crime and disorder issues which matter most to people who live and work in the area, as set out in theCrime and Disorder Reduction Grant Agreement.
The post holder willhave experience of working with a range of external organisations to deliver successful outcomes and will haveexcellent negotiation and interpersonal skills to maintain good working relationships and deliver information to a range of audiences. The successful candidate will possess knowledge of crime and disorder and anti-social behaviour issues and their impacts on communities.
This is a fixed term post until 31 March 2027 and is full time (37 hours per week).
