Get to Know This Role
The Senior Employee Communications Program Manager will partner with the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) to develop and implement a strategic internal communications plan aligned with the company's values and mission. This role involves working closely with senior leadership, including the CEO and CHRO, to craft authentic and timely messages across various channels, including intranet, town halls, videos, and emails.
The role requires the ability to evaluate communication effectiveness, manage sensitive information, and support employee engagement and morale. The candidate should have experience in strategic and tactical communication, familiarity with crisis management, and the ability to adapt messaging for diverse audiences.

Qualifications

* Experience with multi-site and remote teams, crisis communication, and data-driven strategies.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to handle sensitive issues with discretion.
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and collaborate across all levels of the organization.
