Our client a high-growth, PE-backed European logistics group require a Treasury Manager & Corporate Finance Manager to join their team, where you’ll take a leading role in shaping financial strategy and treasury operations across multiple countries. This is a critical position working directly with the Group CFO and senior leadership to drive financial performance and support strategic initiatives, including M&A and investment activity. Key Responsibilities Oversee group-wide cash flow and liquidity management, ensuring optimal funding for operations and growth. Design and implement robust financial risk management strategies (FX, interest rate, credit), including appropriate hedging. Lead the development of treasury policies and ensure compliance with regulatory and internal standards. Support M&A activity, investment analysis, and post-acquisition performance tracking. Deliver insightful financial reporting to the Board, investors, and lenders—including covenant tracking and forecasting. Collaborate with finance teams across the UK, Benelux, Scandinavia, and Ireland. About You Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with substantial post-qualification experience. Deep treasury expertise, ideally in a leveraged or PE-backed environment. Skilled in working with senior stakeholders and operating at board level. Sector experience in logistics, FMCG, manufacturing, or food is a plus. Advanced financial modelling, forecasting, and analytical skills.
