We are looking for enthusiastic, experienced Paediatric Clinical Scientist / Audiologist to join our large, friendly, multi-disciplinary Audiology team.
About the Service
The Service has excellent links with a highly rated Newborn Hearing Screening Programme and the regional Cochlea Implant Service, both based at Bradford Royal Infirmary.
The service is extensively involved in training Audiologists, including apprentices, BSc students, and STP students. It has recently undergone a comprehensive renewal of audiological equipment and is supported by the Trust in working towards accreditation.
Candidate Requirements
* Hold an MSc in Audiology or be trained to M level.
* Have appropriate NHS experience consistent with your qualifications.
* Hold professional registration.
Role Responsibilities
The post entails working as part of a multidisciplinary team providing highly specialized paediatric audiological services, including advanced and complex assessment and rehabilitation of hearing-impaired children.
The postholder will be responsible for the day-to-day operational management of a designated area of the service.
