WHAT YOU'LL DO
* Complete a smooth handover with the Night FLM.
* Monitor drivers and manage transport plans throughout the shift.
* Maintain strong Health & Safety standards across all activities.
* Communicate with customers and provide timely operational updates.
* Debrief drivers and complete key admin, including health and wellbeing checks.
WHAT YOU'LL BRING
* Proven managerial experience, ideally within a transport environment.
* Strong teamwork skills and the ability to engage confidently with customers.
* Positive, energetic, and engaging approach to leading people. Reliability and flexibility to support the operation, including covering additional or night shifts when required (paid at 1.25%).
* Commitment to learning the operation, with full training provided.
