What you would be doing:
As the Nurse Supervisor, you play a vital role in leading the nursing culture and services of the center. Through your knowledge, guidance, and team development practices, you will coordinate exceptional nursing care in an environment that is responsive to person-centered care and rewarding for you and your team members.
The successful candidate:
* Must have a current state license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) preferred or licensed practical nurse (LPN). Current CPR certification is desired.
* Preferably has experience as a charge nurse or other nursing leadership position or has a minimum of two years of experience in long-term care working as a floor nurse or like position.
* Has a thorough understanding of state and federal regulations governing skilled nursing facilities and how to apply them in planning, problem solving, and directing your team.
* Brings excellent assessment, planning, organization, communication, team building, and interpersonal skills with an understanding of person-centered care.
