Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and organised Customer Service And Operations Coordinator to manage post‑sales customer support, administrative tasks, and internal resource coordination. This role ensures smooth operations, excellent client satisfaction, and effective coordination across all teams.


Key Responsibilities

* Manage after-sales support, including client inquiries, service requests, and issue resolution.
* Coordinate lodge deliveries and siting teams
* Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service reports, and follow‑ups.
* Handle administrative tasks such as documentation, scheduling, and reporting.
* Organise and allocate resources effectively to support operations.
* Assist management with workflow planning and process improvement initiatives.
* Monitor KPIs and report on operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.


Requirements

* Proven experience (3+ years) in after‑sales support, operations coordination, or administrative roles, ideally in manufacturing or related industries.
* Strong organisational, multitasking, and problem‑solving skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Comfortable using MS Office. Experience with ERP or CRM systems is a plus.
* Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and coordinate across multiple teams.
* A diploma, certificate, or relevant degree or training in business administration, operations, logistics, or manufacturing is an advantage but not required.
