Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Residential Sales Manager / Valuer based in Sittingbourne. The individual will oversee and execute residential sales strategies, manage listings and valuations, and ensure client satisfaction through exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include conducting property valuations, negotiating sales processes, building and maintaining client relationships, mentoring junior team members, and achieving sales targets.
