We are recruiting on behalf of our client, a global FMCG brand, for a Customer Service Assistant to support their team with order processing and administrative tasks. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a dynamic environment, ensuring smooth customer operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Process customer orders using SAP, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
* Handle administrative tasks related to customer service.
* Respond to customer enquiries via email, providing clear and timely information.
* Maintain and update customer information in the company database.
* Liaise with internal departments to manage orders, returns, and resolve any issues.
ABOUT YOU:
* Experience in customer service and order processing (SAP experience preferred).
* Strong administrative and organisational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication.
* Ability to work efficiently and accurately within a fast-paced environment.
