No previous experience in care is required, as you will be provided with full training by our excellent and award-winning learning & development team prior to starting. This training includes classroom-based sessions, e-learning, shadowing current Support Practitioners, and meeting the people you will support.
We will also fully finance and support you to achieve your SVQ Level 2 Health and Social Care in-house!
You must be flexible, as shifts vary from early, back, late, and sleepover. We have full-time and bank positions available.
Applicants must hold a full UK manual driving licence.

About the Role:
Your responsibilities as a Support Practitioner could include:
1. Social Support: Assisting individuals to engage with their communities through outings to clubs and leisure activities such as day centres, bowling, cinema, and swimming.
2. Medical Support: Administering and monitoring medication.
3. Personal Care: Supporting people with showering, dressing, arranging healthcare visits, and incontinence care.
4. Practical Support: Helping with household tasks like cleaning, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping to maintain their tenancy.
