This incredible coffee spot is looking for a brilliant, entrepreneurial baker to set up a wholesale production bakery to support their thriving, much-loved site. The cafe has a gorgeous look and feel, and despite being relatively new, it’s already become a firm favourite with East London locals. With exciting plans for a second location in the works, they’re now looking for a founding baker to work with the owners to bring this production site to life!
From building the bakery from the ground up to hiring and leading a team, creating your supply chain, to baking an incredible selection of Viennoiserie. You’ll have full autonomy over the day-to-day operations, with strong operational support from the hands-on owners. How this production site operates and is structured is up to you.
This is a seriously exciting opportunity for a baker at the top of their game who’s ready for a new challenge and is looking to get their delicious goods out there to the community.
The bakery will supply their site 7 days / week, exactly what hours they operate and who the team is made up of will be up to you. Initially this production site will be supplying just one site, but with plans of new sites for next year, the operation will be expanding in the future.
