Job Description Vacancy: PROPERTY MANAGER – Residential Lettings Location: Staines, TW18 Salary: £29k Position: Permanent – Full Time A position has become available for an experienced Property Manager to join an established, independent and expanding, local Lettings Agency with offices in the Staines area. You will need to have a great track record in Residential Property Management and previously have been employed in a similar role. You will be a real people person, be able to build and maintain relationships with Landlords, Contractors and Tenants and be able to show empathy and understanding: you must be able to problem solve effectively whilst staying calm under pressure – all the qualities that someone already in this role will recognise immediately! The Company: Our client is an established independent Sales and Lettings agency, with a successful branch in the Staines area and a substantial managed property portfolio.
