We're looking for a results-driven Aftersales Manager to oversee our Parts and Service departments. You'll be responsible for profitability, customer satisfaction, and team leadership within a busy, high-performing dealership.
* Drive aftersales performance and hit departmental targets.
* Maximise revenue through labour, parts, and service sales.
* Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
* Lead and develop a team of Parts Advisors, Technicians, and Service staff.
* Control expenses, manage stock, and ensure accurate invoicing.
* Ensure warranty compliance and oversee workshop operations.
* Deliver strong financial and KPI results in line with franchise expectations.
* Proven experience in an automotive aftersales or service manager role.
* Strong commercial and leadership skills.
* Excellent customer focus and organisational ability.
* Knowledge of DMS and manufacturer systems.
