Are you a recent business graduate with a passion for growth and development? Do you bring experience from hospitality or retail and want to make your mark in the world of Account Management and sales? If so, this could be the perfect opportunity to launch your career in national account management. This role is based in South Lanarkshire, offers hybrid working, excellent scope for career development and a salary circa £28k depending on experience. As a National Account Executive, you’ll play a vital role in supporting the growth of key accounts. Working closely with our Senior National Account Managers and cross-functional teams, you’ll help drive revenue, improve customer relationships, and support operational excellence. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a fast-paced, purpose-driven organisation. What You'll Be Doing: Supporting National Account Managers in managing and growing customer accounts Building strong relationships with customer contacts and showcasing the value of our offering Providing essential administrative and project support, including for new product development Analysing sales and margin data to uncover trends, opportunities, and insights Ensuring data accuracy across customer records and online portals Handling customer service queries and liaising with both head office contacts and local units Collaborating across teams including Supply Chain, Finance, and Sourcing What We're Looking For: A degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field Previous experience in hospitality, retail, or customer service roles Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail Confidence using Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) A natural relationship-builder with strong communication and problem-solving abilities A proactive mindset – you take ownership, seek solutions, and are always eager to learn Adaptable, collaborative, and motivated by working in a dynamic team environment Why This Role?
