SAP S/4HANA Programme Director - Manufacturing Business - Daily rate, £1750pd - £2000pd (outside IR35)- 12 month assignment

My client, a leading manufacturing group, is looking to appoint an SAP S/4HANA Programme Director to drive a flagship transformation programme. Reporting at executive level, this role will lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex SAP initiative central to the organisation’s long-term strategy
Responsibilities:
* As the SAP S/4HANA Programme Director, you will be tasked with overseeing the end-to-end implementation of SAP S/4HANA, ensuring seamless integration and effective utilization across the organization.
* Leading the SAP S/4HANA programme, defining the strategic roadmap and project plan, and ensuring successful execution within established timelines, budgets, and quality benchmarks.
* Collaborating with cross-functional teams and key stakeholders to align business requirements and processes with the capabilities and enhancements offered by SAP S/4HANA, driving digital transformation and operational efficiency.
* Managing and directing a dedicated project team, overseeing the planning, development, testing, and deployment phases, and ensuring a smooth transition to the new SAP platform while minimizing disruption to ongoing operations.
* Establishing best practices for SAP S/4HANA governance, change management, and post-implementation support, ensuring that the organization realizes the full potential of the SAP platform in driving innovation and value creation.
* Serving as a liaison between the business leadership and external SAP consultants or partners, fostering strong collaboration and knowledge transfer, and representing the programme's progress and achievements at executive level meetings.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Extensive experience in leading SAP implementation programmes and acting as a programme director, ideally within the manufacturing or related industry, with a deep understanding of enterprise-wide business processes and systems.
* Proven track record of successfully leading large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation initiatives, with a focus on driving digital innovation, operational excellence, and business process optimization.
* Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA modules, capabilities, and integration points, along with experience in overseeing complex SAP projects and managing internal and external project teams.
* Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and guide decision-making at an executive level, and drive organizational change and alignment.
