Salary: £32,527-£34,851 per annum, pro-rata (4BC)
Additional Multi-skill bonus: £1140 per annum paid monthly for qualifying staff
Working hours: 37 hours per week

More about the role:
We’re looking for qualified Electricians to join our Home Maintenance Team, providing responsive and planned repair work for our customers.
Roles include:
1. Responsive Repairs: Reporting to the HMT Electrical Supervisor, working alone or in small teams to deliver reactive maintenance in customer homes and buildings.
2. Planned Works: Reporting to the HMT Electrical Supervisor, conducting electrical installation, testing, and remedial works in customer homes and buildings, delivering planned and cyclical works.
Who you are:
The ideal candidate will:
1. Have experience in electrical maintenance, installation, and testing.
2. Be capable of problem-solving and recommending repairs.
3. Be flexible and able to perform minor repairs requiring other trades skills.
4. Provide advice and guidance on maintenance issues.
5. Hold a full driving licence and be confident driving fleet vehicles.
6. Have digital skills for online work solutions.
