We're currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established precision engineering business in the aerospace sector, seeking a skilled CNC Programmer, Setter, Operator (Milling) to join their night shift team based in Wolverhampton.

About the Role
This is a hands-on role where you'll be responsible for programming, setting, and operating CNC milling machines to manufacture high-precision components to exacting aerospace standards. You'll be part of a safety-first, quality-driven production environment with a strong focus on continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Program, set, and operate CNC milling machines to produce aerospace-grade components.
Interpret technical drawings and cutting patterns to maximise material utilisation and minimise waste.
Ensure all products are handled and identified in line with internal procedures and customer specifications.
Maintain accurate records using computer-based stock control systems.
Support the training and development of other operatives.
Promote and maintain safe working practices in line with Health & Safety legislation.
What We're Looking For
Essential:
Proven experience in CNC programming, setting, and operating (milling).
Strong understanding of raw materials and machining processes.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
PC literate and confident with documentation and stock control systems.
Self-motivated, diligent, and quality-focused.Desirable:
Counterbalance forklift licence.
Machine maintenance experience.
Background in aerospace or precision engineering.
