Salary: £32,000 - 36,000 per year Requirements:
* As a 2nd Line Service Desk Technician, I seek candidates who possess the following experience:
* Background in an IT Service Desk Environment, preferably with a Managed Service Provider (MSP)
* Strong customer awareness and the ability to manage customer expectations
* Excellent problem-solving skills
* Proficiency with Office 365 and Azure Active Directory
* Experience with Azure, including Virtual Servers and Intune/Endpoint Manager
* Knowledge of SharePoint Online and Exchange Online
* Familiarity with Exchange Hybrid setups with Office 365
* Experience with Windows 10/11 and Windows Server (2012R2/2016/2019/2022)
* Understanding of Backup Solutions (Acronis, Azure Backups)
* Proficiency in Active Directory
* Experience with Networking and Firewall Configuration (Palo Alto, UDM Pro, Draytek, etc.)
* Knowledge of WiFi systems (Unifi)
* Familiarity with VPNs (IPSEC, PPTP, SSL, SSTP & Azure VPN)
* Understanding of DHCP, DNS, and Group Policies
