Their technology is a Class IIa medical device, already deployed across corporate workplaces, NHS settings, pharmacies, andmunity hubs nationwide. The mobile app is rated out of 5 on the App Store.The numbers tell the story: over 5 million health checkspleted globally and have doubled revenue for three consecutive years, with a large-scale programme in place with the Department of Health and Social Care, and count BUPA and Land Rover/Jaguar among their corporate clients. They hold a 70% NPS score and an 80% renewal rate.Recent Milestones

With further investment secured, a growing headcount, andernment momentum behind preventative health, the business is now expanding itsmercial team and hiring a BDM/ Sales Executive.The OpportunityPositions available include either focused on corporate wellness (mid-market and enterprise accounts, targeting HR, Rewards and Benefits, and Occupational Health decision-makers) or focused on NHS Trusts, Integrated Care Systems, Integrated Care Boards, and Local Authority Public Health teams. Strong candidates from either background will be considered. Experience spanning both markets is also wee.These are genuine new business development/new business hunter roles. You will be expected to build your own territory from outbound activity, generate pipeline across multiple channels, and help shape themercial infrastructure as the business scales.Key Responsibilities
7. Own the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close
8. Generate pipeline through outbound outreach, LinkedIn, events, networking, and marketing collaboration
9. Navigate multi-stakeholder environments across corporate or public sector clients
10. Developpelling business cases aligned to client priorities, whether that is employee wellbeing ROI, NHS backlog reduction, or population health oues
11. Contribute to developing sales processes, playbooks, and go-to-market strategy
What We Are Looking For
12. B2B sales experience in corporate wellness, employee benefits, HR tech, HealthTech, or NHS/public health (5 years plus for mid-level or ambitious junior candidates considered wheremercial instincts are clear)
13. Demonstrable new business wins: you have generated your own pipeline, not just managed accounts
14. Develop and execute strategies to win £25k-£50k+ deals
15. Manage sales cycles of 3–6 months with multiple stakeholders
16. Strong IQ and EQ: you can read a room, build genuine relationships, and navigateplex buying decisions
17. Consultative sales approach, ideally with a structured methodology such as MEDDIC
18. Scale-up mindset: organised enough to build structure, adaptable enough to work without it
19. Leadership qualities – for the right person this role will lead to a managerial role to support the Director of Sales.
Preferred: HealthTech or MedTech background, HubSpot experience, NHS procurement knowledge, or a network in HR, Rewards and Benefits, or Occupational Health.
