Foreman – Residential
Boyd Recruitment Ltd is currently seeking a Contract Foreman to join a reputable client in the civil engineering sector.
This role will initially be located in Wallyford.
Key Responsibilities:
Overseeing daily on-site activities to ensure projects are completed to specification, quality, and safety standards.
Managing and supervising Groundwork Squads, subcontractors, and site personnel.
Ensuring health and safety protocols are adhered to at all times.
Scheduling and coordinating works to meet project deadlines.
Reporting on progress and any issues to the site management team.
Candidate Requirements:
Proven experience as a Foreman within the residential sector sector.
Strong leadership and management skills.
Excellent knowledge of health and safety regulations.
Ability to coordinate and supervise multiple tasks on-site.
Good communication skills and a professional attitude.
