Commercial Manager Fit-Out Contractor
Location: West Lothian
Salary: Up to £65,000 (DOE) + Car Allowance / Company Vehicle
Hours: Full-time, Permanent
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the full commercial management of multiple fit-out and interiors projects
* Prepare, manage and report on project budgets, cash flow and cost plans
* Manage subcontractor procurement, contract negotiation and package performance
* Review and approve applications, valuations, variations and final accounts
* Mentor and support junior QS/commercial staff within the business
* Work closely with project delivery teams to ensure commercially efficient outcomes
* Provide commercial input into tenders and pre-construction planning
* Ensure compliance with contractual terms, company procedures and relevant legislation
* Attend site visits and client meetings as required
* Report directly to the Directors on commercial performance and strategic issues

What We're Looking For
* Strong experience in fit-out, interiors, drywall, or partitioning
* Ability to manage multiple projects, subcontractor packages and commercial reporting
* Proven track record in cost control, valuations, final accounts and contract negotiation
* Experience leading or mentoring commercial / QS staff
* Confident communicator, comfortable liaising with clients, site teams and Directors
* Relevant qualifications in Quantity Surveying or Construction Management (degree, HND or similar)
* Full UK driving licence
