Overview
This start up business was founded by a mother–son duo with a simple idea: to make something from nothing. From this spark grew a sustainable enterprise that unites innovators, craftsmen, scientists, and engineers with one mission—to redefine how we deal with textile waste.
In today’s world, where sustainability is no longer optional, our goal is to lead with humility and innovation, using emerging technology to create a future where textile waste is a thing of the past. Our AI-powered scanning and sorting system is the first of its kind in the UK, capable of tackling one of the most complex challenges in recycling: mixed and blended fibres. Over the past 12 months, we have transitioned from concept to reality, supported by partners including the Mayor of London, DSIT, Innovate UK, London Fashion Fund, ASDA, Dunelm, Royal Borough of Kingston, and Ealing Council.
We are now moving from R&D to full-scale commercialisation—and this is where you come in. We are looking for a dynamic and entrepreneurial Head of Sales to build and lead our commercial strategy from the ground up. This is a rare, one-off opportunity to be at the forefront of the UK’s circular economy revolution.

* Work directly with the founding team to shape pricing models, go-to-market approaches, and revenue streams.
* Initially drive sales hands-on, with the opportunity to build and manage your own team as we scale.
* Represent the company at events, trade shows, and high-level stakeholder meetings to raise visibility and secure contracts.
What we’re looking for
* Proven experience in business development or sales (5+ years), ideally within sustainability, circular economy, recycling, or technology sectors.
* A self-starter with the drive to open doors, close deals, and build relationships at senior levels.
* Someone excited to roll up their sleeves at the early stage, but equally able to lead a department in future.
* Strong communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
* Passion for sustainability and the opportunity to make a measurable difference.
