Role Overview
As our Senior Influencer Marketing Manager, you’ll be the driving force behind our clients' influencer marketing success. You’ll lead the development and execution of impactful, insight-led influencer campaigns that deliver measurable results. You’ll own the full influencer lifecycle — from identification and recruitment through to relationship management, campaign delivery, and performance optimisation.
You’ll also play a key role in shaping Connective3’s influencer proposition, building scalable processes, strengthening creator relationships, and representing the agency’s expertise externally.
This is a role that combines strategy, relationship management, campaign execution, performance tracking, and influencer thought leadership.
Key Responsibilities Include:
* Manage influencer strategy and campaign execution for a portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
* Identify, recruit, and onboard relevant creators — building strong, long‑term relationships with influencers and talent agencies.
* Lead influencer campaign planning — from briefing and negotiation through to delivery, approvals, and reporting.
* Develop and pitch creative, insight‑led influencer campaign ideas aligned to client objectives and platform trends.
* Own influencer communications — ensuring clear, professional, and effective collaboration with creators at all stages.
* Establish and refine scalable processes for influencer sourcing, outreach, contracting, and campaign management.
* Negotiate deliverables, usage rights, and fees to ensure strong value for clients and fair partnerships for creators.
* Set KPIs and performance benchmarks for influencer campaigns.
* Analyse and report on campaign performance, providing actionable insights and recommendations.
* Stay on top of influencer trends, platform updates, and creator economy developments to inform strategy.
* Support organic social where required — ensuring influencer activity integrates effectively with wider social campaigns.
* Represent Connective3 at industry events, panels, and on owned platforms as a voice of influencer expertise.
* Mentor and support junior team members as the influencer function grows.
You’ll have:
* 5+ years’ experience in influencer marketing, social, or talent management — ideally within an agency environment.
* Proven experience running end-to-end influencer campaigns, from sourcing through to reporting.
* Strong network or experience working with influencers, creators, and talent agencies.
* Excellent communication and relationship management skills.
* Strong negotiation skills and commercial awareness.
* Deep understanding of influencer platforms, content formats, and creator dynamics.
* Experience managing multiple campaigns and stakeholders simultaneously.
* A data‑informed mindset with the ability to measure and optimise campaign performance.
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, particularly across contracts, timelines, and deliverables.
* Confidence representing an agency externally and contributing to thought leadership.
