What You'll Be Doing
* Leading and developing the procurement function to support growth ambitions.
* Building strong, strategic supplier partnerships - particularly across China (with India also highly relevant).
* Sourcing and purchasing specialist and exotic materials such as Inconel and other high-performance alloys.
* Using your engineering expertise to read and interpret technical drawings, ensuring supplier capability.
* Expediting supply chain activity to meet demanding operational and commercial objectives.
* Delivering measurable cost savings, resilience, and strategic value for the business.
