This is a hands-on, client-facing role, offering the opportunity to lead teams through the full development lifecycle. You will typically be leading a small, tight-knit multidisciplinary team, solving tough software problems. You’ll foster client relationships, advising clients who are making key technology and software delivery decisions. Strong technical leadership experience, understanding what makes a team successful and how to support colleagues in their own career development Good experience in Java along with some web experience in either JavaScript or TypeScript, and their associated ecosystems. Experience working in the financial/banking industry. You’re a problem-solver, pragmatically exploring options and finding effective solutions. An understanding of how to design and build well-structured, maintainable systems. Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach to work.
