JOB OVERVIEW
We are seeking a Heads Office Assistant to join Kent College, Canterbury from December 2025.
The Heads Office Assistant is a newly created position and will play a pivotal role in supporting the efficiency of the school administration, pastoral care, and co-curricular activities.
This multifaceted position requires exceptional organisational skills, discretion, and a proactive approach to managing administrative responsibilities across the Senior Leadership Team. The successful candidate will have proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, excellent organisation and time management skills, the ability to multitask and prioritise, and strong written and verbal communication skills.

The Senior School (11 – 18 years) has some 600 boys and girls, approximately one-third boarding and two-thirds day. THE POSITION
The position is up to 32 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with flexibility on how the hours are worked (possible term time plus up to 4 weeks).
Closing date: 7th November 2025, although if a pool of suitable candidates becomes available before that date the College reserves the right to interview and appoint without further notice.
Interviews will be held the week commencing 10th November 2025.
