Vehicle Technician Needed For Main Dealership
1. Leamington Spa
2. Basic salary circa £30,000 + Bonus (OTE £40,000+ uncapped)
3. Working Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5:30pm - NO WEEKENDS!
Our client, a well-established and reputable Main Dealer Group, is expanding and looking for a Technician they can train up Diagnostic level. They are looking for an experienced and qualified technician, looking to take the next step in their career.

Roles and Responsibilities as a Vehicle Technician with Our Client:
13. Carry out routine vehicle service and maintenance, inspecting components for wear and tear, and documenting all findings.
14. Test potentially faulty parts, diagnosing any issues, and resolving faults.
15. Support internal departments in the preparation and maintenance of new cars, used cars, or loan vehicles.
16. Work closely with other members of the workshop team to constantly learn and share knowledge.
17. Able to complete heavy repairs effectively and efficiently - Engine work, gearboxes, clutches, cambelts etc.
What Our Client Expects from Their Vehicle Technicians:
18. Level 3 qualified candidates.
19. At least 3/4 years experience in a workshop
20. High standards of vehicle maintenance and servicing.
21. Strong mechanical skills and problem-solving abilities.
22. Ability to work well in a team and support colleagues.
