* Has proven SENCO experience and in-depth knowledge of SEND provision
* Can confidently coordinate support for pupils with additional needs
* Has experience with statutory processes including EHCPs, assessments, and interventions
* Works effectively with staff, parents, and external agencies
* Is organised, proactive, and reflective in their practice
* Is committed to improving outcomes for all pupils and promoting a fully inclusive environment
