Roles/Responsibilities
* Perform dimensional and visual inspections using CMM, Faro Arm, and other metrology tools
* Apply GD and T principles to ensure components meet engineering drawings and specifications
* Verify compliance with ASME codes and other regulated quality standards before product release
* Identify, record, and support resolution of non:conformances in line with quality procedures
* Maintain accurate inspection records, traceability, and certification in a regulated manufacturing environment

What Were Looking For
* Previous experience in quality inspection, ideally within a regulated or high:integrity manufacturing industry
* Skilled in CMM operation/programming and Faro Arm measurements
* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings accurately
* Understanding of ISO 9001 quality management systems
Desirable:
* ASME certification desirable; training can be provided
* Knowledge of problem:solving tools: 5 Whys, FMEA, Fishbone, 8D methodology
* Awareness of welding processes (MIG/TIG) and non:destructive testing (NDT) principles
