Position
An opportunity has arisen for permanent Senior Healthcare Support Workers based at Ward 2F within University Hospital Crosshouse.
What You Will Do
* We are currently seeking healthcare support workers to join our dynamic team in a variety of areas. You will be required to demonstrate a positive attitude, be a motivated individual who is willing to undertake training to develop new skills. You will be required to use your own initiative whilst working as a member of the multidisciplinary team.
Knowledge, Training And/or Experience Required To Do The Job
* Previous experience in a caring environment is essential, as is having achieved SVQ level 3 or working towards this qualification. You will demonstrate excellent interpersonal and communication skills and be able to communicate well with members of the multidisciplinary team.
* You will be flexible to shift patterns and have a genuine interest in delivering a high standard of person-centred care.
