Shifts: 8-hour shifts generally between 7:00am – 7:30pm, Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work

About Us

At the Cadogan Clinic, we are proud to be the most decorated private aesthetic clinic in the UK — winners of all three Best Clinic awards across the industry in 2024. Founded over 20 years ago in Chelsea, we are home to world-class surgeons and dermatologists, and we treat over 20,000 patients each year.

We are a fast-growing, award-winning day-case hospital, and our reputation is built on clinical excellence and a 5* patient experience. Every member of our team plays a vital role in delivering safe, high-quality care.

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive, hands-on Clinic Facilities Assistant to join our team. In this varied and practical role, you'll help us maintain a safe, well-presented, and efficient environment for both patients and staff.

Working closely with the Operations Manager and Theatre Manager, you will support the day-to-day running of our clinic facilities, ensuring spaces are safe, compliant, and operationally smooth. No two days will be the same — you'll be problem-solving, supporting clinical teams, and helping us keep our period building near Sloane Square running at its best.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys practical work, is solutions-focused, and takes pride in supporting a patient-centred environment.

Key Responsibilities

* Support the safe movement of patients, equipment, and consumables across the clinic
* Manage the transportation of clinical waste, hazardous materials, and specimens in line with policies
* Order, manage, and distribute deliveries, including medical gas cylinders, consumables, and equipment
* Oversee waste management and recycling systems
* Assist the Operations and Theatre Managers with practical maintenance tasks, ensuring compliance and high standards
* Support stock management and safe storage processes
* Liaise with the H&S Lead and Clinical Governance team to uphold safety standards and proactively address issues
* Act as the point of contact for contractors and service providers
* Carry out regular checks, including fire alarm testing and fire safety equipment inspections, and act as a trained Fire Marshal
* Maintain staff facilities (including the staff room), ensuring they are clean, safe, and well-presented

What We're Looking For

Essential

* A team player with strong initiative and a practical, hands-on approach
* Physically fit and able to meet the demands of a manual role (lifting, carrying, working at height)
* Organised, punctual, and reliable, with strong ownership of tasks
* Confident working under pressure, always using sensitivity and discretion
* Flexible and adaptable with good interpersonal and communication skills
* Able to follow processes and work within compliance and safety standards

Desirable

* Experience in facilities, estates, or maintenance within a healthcare or clinical environment
* Knowledge of health & safety and governance requirements
* Experience working with contractors and suppliers
* Strong problem-solving ability with a positive, can-do attitude

Why Join Us?

* Holiday Allowance: 31 days annual leave (including public holidays), rising to 33 days after 2 years
* Special Leave Perks: Your birthday and your wedding day off (after 1 year of service)
* Pension Scheme: Enrolment via NEST
* Wellbeing Benefits: Healthy in-clinic snacks, Cycle to Work scheme, Employee Assistance Programme
* Perks: Discounted beauty treatments and products post-probation
* Social: Monthly team lunches and an active social calendar in central London
* Recognition: Rewards for long service and exceptional contribution
* Referral Bonuses: Help us grow our team and get rewarded

Learning & Career Development

* Protected learning time and formal training opportunities
* Opportunities to upskill in compliance, health & safety, and facilities management
* Mentorship and cross-departmental support in a growing, ambitious clinic
* Clear career pathways into operations and management roles

Ready to Make a Difference?

Join the Cadogan Clinic and play a vital role in creating a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for patients and staff. If you're a practical problem-solver with a proactive mindset, we'd love to hear from you.
