Location: Northampton (Hybrid)
Salary: Up to £65,000 + Benefits – Permanent
We’re looking for a driven Technical Project Manager to join a leading financial services team, delivering strategic technology programmes across digital payments. You’ll manage complexity, coordinate multiple work streams, and ensure change is delivered smoothly across a highly matrixed environment. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders and the chance to make a real impact on high-profile programmes.
What you’ll be doing
* Leading end-to-end delivery of technology change initiatives, ensuring cost, quality, and time are managed effectively.
* Planning and preparing for change, liaising with stakeholders across business, operations, and technology.
* Managing project dependencies, risks, and governance while keeping stakeholders informed and engaged.
* Supporting leadership goals and ensuring alignment with organisational strategy.
* Driving continuous improvement, applying creativity and innovation to solve complex challenges.
Experience required
* Proven track record delivering projects in a matrixed environment across business, operations, and technology.
* Strong planning, risk management, and stakeholder management skills.
* Experience managing project teams and communicating effectively with senior stakeholders.
* Competent in both Agile and Waterfall delivery approaches.

* Up to £65,000 base salary + comprehensive benefits.
