Job Introduction
Due to an internal promotion, we are recruiting for a Customer Retention Specialist to join the team at our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Droitwich.
The hours of work are Monday to Friday, 08:00 - 18:00 (1 Hour Lunch Break). With 1 in 3 Saturdays 09:00 - 13:00.
Excellent basic salary with bonus OTE up to £36,000 plus benefits.
As a Customer Retention Advisor you will facilitate inbound calls and service bookings as well as making outbound calls to existing Jaguar and Land Rover customers offering comprehensive support in all of their vehicle servicing and maintenance requirements.
Role and Responsibilities
* Inbound and outbound aftersales calls, booking customers vehicles into the dealership for service or repairs.
* Follow up calls to remind customers of required work previously identified
* Accurate data inputting of customer details
* Identifying infrequent customers and promoting Listers services
* Increase customer retention while ensuring customer satisfaction
* Improve and drive lead conversions
* Contacting prospective customers and upselling products
* Adhering to brand standards
