Join us as a Pet Claims Handler at Admiral Group Plc. We are looking for a dynamic, energetic professional to support our growing Admiral Pet Claims Business.
Main Duties
* Assess Pet Insurance claims up to £10,000 in value, including both new and continuation claims, primarily Veterinary fee claims.
* Engage customers and suppliers through inbound and outbound telephony and digital channels (webchat, email, etc.).
* Ensure all relevant processes and procedures are followed to support effective delivery of business change projects.
* Support colleagues in embracing, embedding, and implementing change requirements and delivering excellent performance.
* Engage with all stakeholders to assess and resolve operational and people‑claims‑related submissions.
* Coordinate customer and claims‑related activity with internal and external colleagues.
* Contribute to the development of claims processes and the customer journey to support continuous improvement.

Additional Information
The start date for this position will be the 23rd February.
After the application stage, you will be invited to a screening interview via telephone. The final interview will take place at our Peterborough office in January.
