Join Bicton College as a Study Programme Manager (SPM) and lead the delivery of high-quality horticulture programmes, including RHS-accredited courses. - As the Study Programme Manager for Horticulture, you'll take the lead in managing all aspects of our horticulture curriculum, with a focus on RHS Level 2 qualifications. You will guide learners through a full and enriching study experience-from induction to destination-ensuring their success and supporting their progression. You will be responsible for: Overseeing all elements of the learner journey, including advice and guidance, attendance, behaviour, work experience and progression. Delivering and maintaining high-quality teaching, learning and assessment standards. Designing and reviewing curriculum content aligned to industry needs and RHS qualification frameworks. Supporting learners' success through proactive monitoring, timely intervention, and high expectations. Leading course teams, managing quality assurance processes, and maintaining compliance with awarding bodies and internal policies. - Skills & Experience A teaching qualification (or willingness to achieve within 3 years). A Level 3 or above qualification in Horticulture or a closely related subject. Strong communication, organisation and leadership skills.
