Paralegal Assistant We are working with a leading firm of patent attorneys who require an administrator / legal secretary to join the team in an assistant paralegal / team secretarial capacity. The role is based in their London office which is located near Barbican, Moorgate, Liverpool Street, Farringdon and City Thameslink stations and in the long-term will offer personal development opportunities. Hybrid working is available with three days a week in the office. On a day to day basis you will be involved in: Maintaining client filing all of which is electronic Scanning documents Typing correspondence and documents audio and copy Managing daily, weekly and monthly reminders Preparing standard and ad hoc reports in Excel Assisting with emails, post, photocopying Working with paralegals in the team This role would suit someone who has completed CILEX, secretarial or a similar qualification and has some experience in a team support or administrative position but our client will consider skilled candidates who may be looking to change sectors. Accurate touch typing skills are essential and these will be assessed at interview together with spelling and grammar. Advanced MS Office is also a must. Please note that you will also need GCSE Maths and English at Grade C or 4 and above. This is a permanent position offering a salary of up to £27,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.
