Financial Shared Services team is growing, and were looking for an experienced Accounts Assistant Payables to support the exciting plans for expansion. The Role As an Accounts Assistant, youll: Process supplier invoices and manage invoice exceptions Reconcile supplier statements and monitor credit terms Produce payment runs and accurately allocate payments Liaise with stations, suppliers and operational teams to resolve queries Contribute to continuous improvement and uphold our core values About You 4 years experience in an accounting team (freight forwarding experience preferred) Strong numerical skills (high GCSE/A-Level Math) and knowledge of foreign currencies Confident with Microsoft Office; Cargowise experience an advantage Full UK drivers licence, own vehicle, and within commuting distance of Heathrow Excellent communication skills and a customer-service mindset Organised, proactive, and able to meet multiple deadlines What We Offer Competitive salary and benefits package Career development and clear progression opportunities Five paid volunteer hours each year to support a charity of your choice A friendly, collaborative culture built on trust and high performance Monday to Friday 9.00-17.30PM
