Our client is a well-known City firm who is looking to expand their Finance team with a Senior Associate. The Banking & Finance team plays a pivotal role in supporting private equity structures and clients’ ongoing debt finance requirements. The team’s work includes acting for highly leveraged private equity-backed buy-out vehicles and special purpose property vehicles, handling complex transactions that often involve debt-for-equity swaps, intercreditor arrangements, hedging product claims, and cross-border or tax mitigation issues.
The successful candidate will gain exposure to a wide range of finance transactions, including new facilities, refinancings, and debt restructurings, using both Loan Market Association (LMA) and bespoke loan, security, and intercreditor documentation. Collaboration with the firm’s corporate reorganisation and restructuring teams ensures an integrated approach to complex matters.
In addition, the team works closely with the real estate finance group, offering a seamless service to a client base that includes several leading bank and non-bank lenders.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an ambitious Senior Lawyer to join a dynamic team, working on high-profile transactions within a supportive and collaborative environment.
Key Highlights:
* Broad exposure to corporate, acquisition, and real estate finance matters
