Job Title: Teaching Assistant
To provide a high-quality educational service for our students in accordance with Company policies, procedures, practices, and standards set by the Regulatory Body, you will take a creative approach to teaching pupils based on their educational needs. Your goal is to ensure effective delivery of the school curriculum, maximizing pupils’ achievement and development.
Within this role, you will teach pupils in a fun and engaging way, working collaboratively with support staff to ensure each pupil receives the support they require. You will also contribute to maintaining a positive and productive learning environment.
Minimum Requirements:
* Experience working within an educational setting
* Experience in planning, delivering, and teaching lessons
* Relevant Teaching Qualification
* Willingness to pursue further qualifications as needed
* Completion of relevant group induction training on commencement
* Experience working with autistic spectrum disorders and/or challenging behaviour
* Driving licence
