We are looking for a Operations Manager who is confident, organised, an excellent communicator and that can work under pressure
The role will be based working out of our office in Barwell Monday to Friday 8am – 4pm
A key part of your role will be installation management, ordering, coordinating fitters / diaries and the general oversight of the day to day running of the business
This is a very busy role and needs someone with experience of working in a fast paced environment who can work autonomously and who has good problem solving skills
The skills and experience needed include:
* Strong operational skills and experience in the same industry or similar
* Confident, organised, an excellent communicator and someone that can work under pressure
* Experience of installation management or similar
* Experience of dealing with customer complaints both verbally and via email
* Experience of managing kitchen fitters or similar
* Experience and knowledge of kitchens and or kitchen products would be desirable but not essential
* Be computer literature
* Good time keeping and well presented.
* Create a good friendly repour with customers
TRAINING – All training will be provided

Pay: £26,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
