Description
As the Coordinator, you will play a central role in supporting the effective delivery of adult education programmes while strengthening and sustaining partnerships across the South Yorkshire network. Working closely with delivery teams, internal colleagues, and external partners, you will ensure smooth coordination of activity, clear communication, and consistent standards across provision.
You will act as a key point of contact for partners, supporting relationship management, operational delivery, and reporting requirements. Through strong organisation, collaboration, and proactive engagement, you will help drive high-quality delivery outcomes, support growth, and ensure programmes are delivered in line with contractual, quality, and compliance expectations.
Key Responsibilities
Support the coordination of programme delivery across multiple sites, partners, and delivery teams, ensuring activity runs smoothly and to plan.
• Build and maintain positive, productive relationships with external delivery partners, stakeholders, and internal teams.
• Act as a central point of contact for partner queries, providing timely responses and effective problem-solving support.
• Support partnership onboarding, induction, and ongoing engagement, ensuring partners understand expectations, processes, and quality standards.
• Coordinate delivery schedules, meetings, and communications to ensure alignment across provision within the region.
• Monitor delivery activity against agreed targets, milestones, and KPIs, escalating risks or issues where appropriate.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to partners, delivery activity, and performance data.
• Support the collection, checking, and submission of delivery evidence, documentation, and reports in line with contractual and compliance requirements.
• Work closely with quality, compliance, and performance teams to support audits, monitoring visits, and continuous improvement activity.
• Assist with the development and implementation of partnership and delivery improvement plans.
• Support collaboration between delivery, employer engagement, and referral teams to ensure joined-up working across the region.
• Attend partnership meetings, delivery reviews, and events as required, representing the organisation professionally.
• Contribute to the identification of new partnership opportunities that support growth and impact across the region.
