The Organisation
Fife International Forum is a charity focussed on supporting migrant and refugees communities across Fife. We aim to address poverty, social mobility, and employment challenges for those who have moved away from their usual place of residence. The Role
We are looking for a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrator to support the smooth running of our organisation. You will have excellent administrative and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
As a key member of the management team, you will work directly with senior managers and have delegated responsibility for supporting the Board of Trustees. You will contribute to the overall effectiveness of our organisation by coordinating office operations, improving administrative systems, and ensuring compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Manage receptionist/admin and triage members of staff.
2. Coordinate and manage all administrative functions to ensure service delivery efficiency.
3. Support senior managers and provide administrative support to the Board of Trustees.

5. Based in Kirkcaldy with some travel within Fife as required
6. Salary – £30, based on 35 hours per week
About You
We are looking for a personable, organised individual with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality support. You will demonstrate strong leadership skills, including integrity, self-discipline, effective communication, interpersonal skills, teamwork, problem-solving, initiative, and sound decision-making.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar administrative role. You should be comfortable leading a team, working independently and collaboratively, with a keen eye for detail and a flexible approach.
